Born and raised on the island of Guam, Taryn always wanted to work with animals. She initially spent six and a half years as a preschool teacher before relocating to the Pacific Northwest, Arizona, and eventually Michigan. Her veterinary medicine career began two and a half years ago after being recruited by a local veterinarian. As a patient care coordinator, she has gained extensive hands-on experience working with various breeds of dogs, cats, and exotic animals.
Outside of work, Taryn enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, listening to audiobooks, watching movies and TV shows, and attending concerts, comedy shows, and weekend markets.
